Barnside hangout was the perfect location for our weekend in Fredericksburg. The location was so peaceful yet within a few minutes to downtown Fredericksb. We enjoyed being able to see the cows, goats, sheep, cats, and a highlight was seeing the deer and turkeys!! The cottage was super clean…an had everything you would need for a weekend away from home.

The house in Fredericksburg is absolutely beautiful. It’s very comfortable, well located, and truly worth it for the level of attention and the price you pay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay there again.

Quiet, peaceful, cozy, clean. It’s completely dark away from the town, great view of stars in the night sky. Host is very kind and responds quickly to any questions you may have. We plan on coming back!

We had an excellent stay at Kerinne’s place! The home was spotless, very comfortable, and in a wonderful location. It was the perfect spot for a girls’ weekend getaway. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

This charming Barnside Hangout, nestled in a quiet country setting, is a perfect retreat. It is nicely decorated to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. You'll feel right at home with the cute kitchen offering modern convenience. The shower was beautiful! The sheep and goat were an added bonus. It's truly a place you can relax and unwind. To top it all off, the host was very welcoming and answered all my questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was within a few blocks of Main Street, so an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The house was comfortable, quiet, quaint with beautiful bedrooms. Kerinne was responsive whenever we had questions. It was great!

The house was just as described. It was clean, quirky layout, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were perfect. The location is a definite plus since it is close to Main St. The hostess was responsive and easy to communicate with. The touch of mints and chocolate kisses was welcome!
My only note is that the shower is super cute and the water pressure is awesome but I could see where the claw foot tub might be tricky to maneuver for someone with stability concerns.
I would 100% recommend the house and will definitely try and stay here again when I come back to Fredericksburg!

This hangout is gorgeous and comfortable. We were able to get to downtown Fredericksburg quickly and the ride home after our very long day was short.
Super cozy place to come back to after a long day and the decor was gorgeous. Very worth the stay and very affordable.

We had a great stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean and cozy. I loved getting to see some of the farm animals while we were there too. Would highly recommend!
